What shipped, when, and why.

1. 2026-05-05

   Site fill-in: legal, marketing, and product flow placeholders

   Added 30+ pages: full legal layer (Terms, Privacy, License, Risk, etc.), marketing surfaces (How it works, For sellers, For buyers), trust pages (Security, Transparency), and placeholders for the bundle/mint/listing chain. Reorganized the nav with Sell and My data dropdowns; added multi-column footer; wired global cookie banner and age/OFAC modal. No existing page was modified.

2. 2026-05-04

   Stats dashboard added

   Ported chat_dashboard.html to a React page at /stats. Five tabs (Trends, Activity, Top Conversations, Models, Fun Facts), wired to sample dataset and any user-uploaded job. Chart.js via CDN.

3. 2026-05-04

   End-to-end SIWE verified in sandbox

   Initial scaffolding: contracts (DatasetNFT, Marketplace, MockUSDC), FastAPI backend (auth, upload, graph, jobs, marketplace), Next.js frontend, install.py + start.py local launchers. SIWE round-trip verified.
