Sanctions Policy

Restricted users

Noospera cannot be used by, and we cannot enter into transactions with, persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions, including without limitation:

• Persons listed on the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) and Blocked Persons List.
• Persons listed on equivalent sanctions lists maintained by the EU, UK, UN, or other applicable authorities.
• Persons located in, ordinarily resident in, or nationals of any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic regions, or any other jurisdiction added to comprehensive sanctions in the future.

Acknowledgment

When you first sign in, we ask you to acknowledge that you do not fall into any of the categories above. False attestations may constitute violations of applicable law and may result in immediate platform termination and reporting to authorities.

Discovery after the fact

If we discover, after access has been granted, that a user or counterparty is subject to applicable sanctions, we will suspend and terminate their access to the Service and report as required by law. Where applicable law requires us to freeze or remit funds, we will comply.

Updates

Sanctions regimes change. We update this Policy and our screening controls as the law evolves.
