Acceptable Use Policy

Noospera is a service for working with your own AI conversation history. To keep the Service useful and lawful, the following content and conduct are not permitted.

Content you may not upload

• Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) of any kind. We report violations to NCMEC and the appropriate authorities.
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts.
• Conversations whose primary content is the personally identifying information of third parties (addresses, phone numbers, identifiers, financial information, doxxing material).
• Conversations that primarily consist of trade secrets, classified material, attorney-client privileged communication, or material under a binding NDA you do not have authority to disclose.
• Patient medical records of others, or your own medical record where it identifies third-party providers, without an appropriate legal basis.
• Material you stole, scraped without authorization, or obtained through a credential compromise.
• Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Conversations whose primary content is the planning or facilitation of violent crime, terrorism, or weapons proliferation.

Conduct you may not engage in

• Operating multiple accounts to evade rate-limiting, bypass eligibility checks, or otherwise circumvent the Service's controls.
• Attempting to identify, contact, harass, or otherwise interfere with other users of the Service.
• Probing the Service for security vulnerabilities outside our coordinated disclosure process.
• Scraping at a rate intended to degrade the Service, or running automated traffic that consumes a disproportionate share of capacity.
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass eligibility checks, sanctions controls, payment systems, or content moderation.
• Misrepresenting your authority to upload User Content, including uploading another person's AI conversations or material subject to a confidentiality obligation you do not control.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, take any of the following actions in response to a violation: (a) refuse an upload, (b) remove the affected material from the Service, (c) suspend or revoke your account access, (d) cease processing of in-flight work, (e) refer matters to law enforcement or other competent authorities. Nothing in this Policy obliges us to take any particular action in response to a particular report.
