What you're buying
A non-exclusive license to use a curated, encrypted dataset of human-AI conversations covering a specific kind of thinking — code reviews, medical reasoning, creative work, business strategy, mathematics, or other domains. Each dataset represents one creator's thinking patterns, organized and summarized, with full conversation history and a visual map of how ideas connect.

Format
- conversations.json — full message text organized by conversation group.
- chat_embeddings.parquet — message-level vector embeddings with metadata.
- cluster_summaries.json — conversation group summaries and topics.
- graph/overview.json — node/edge structure for the 3D map.
- graph/convos/<cid>.json — within-conversation message graphs.
- license.pdf — your specific license, with token ID and wallet address embedded.
Permitted use
Internal research and analysis; training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or alignment of models; publication of aggregate analytical findings. Re-identification of the creator, redistribution of raw text, and attempts to deanonymize are prohibited. See the License Agreement for full terms.
Evaluation samples
Each listing has a public preview: cluster essays, sample conversation titles (with PII redactions applied), distribution stats, and the 3D map in read-only mode. You can evaluate fit before you commit a purchase. Volume buyers can request larger evaluation samples via contact.
Pricing
Each listing has a fixed USDC price set by the creator. Settlement is atomic on Polygon. There are no hidden fees beyond Polygon gas (sub-cent).

Compliance posture
- Sellers attest to ownership and right-to-license.
- Acceptable Use Policy prohibits CSAM, third-party PII as primary content, NDA-bound material, etc.
- Takedown process available for legitimate rights claims (DMCA + general).
- Sanctions screening at wallet level.
- Encryption at rest, key release on verified license purchase.

Is this a security?
Dataset NFTs are utility tokens conferring access rights. They are not offered as investments; we make no representation about value retention or appreciation. See Risk Disclosure.
Can our compliance team see the license terms before purchase?
Yes. The full License Agreement is public. Your specific signed copy with token ID and wallet embedded becomes available at /my-licenses/<tokenId> after purchase.
What if a creator unlists after we've bought?
Your license token is yours and your decrypt access continues. Unlisting only stops new buyers from purchasing.
Can we sublicense or redistribute?
No. The license is non-transferable except by transferring the license token itself. Redistribution of raw text is prohibited.
